These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the krikya11 platform and all related services. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.

krikya11 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any term is partially or wholly inapplicable or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the krikya11 website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" means any person who is registered on the platform and using its services.
• "Account" means the user's personal account on the platform.
• "Taka" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

To open an account on krikya11, the user must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Identity documents may be required for age verification.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid national identity card or passport is required.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• There must be no restriction on using the platform under applicable local laws.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may operate only one account. If the same individual or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account from the same device or network for the purpose of gaining an advantage, the accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If false information is provided, krikya11 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time and funds may be withheld.

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account secure. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with any third party.

3.1 Password Security

Users are encouraged to choose a strong password and change it regularly. If there is any concern about unauthorised access, our customer support must be informed immediately.

3.2 Verification

In certain cases, krikya11 may request additional documents to verify a user's identity. This process is essential for account security and the protection of funds. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3.3 OTP Security

An OTP (One Time Password) may be sent during login or important transactions. This OTP must not be shared with anyone under any circumstances. Any approval made via OTP will be considered final.

Deposits and withdrawals on krikya11 are carried out according to specific rules. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are accepted for deposits on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All funds deposited by any method must come from the user's own mobile financial service account.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Security

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

The user's identity and source of funds may be verified before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not possible — the mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000).

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Meeting the wagering requirement before converting any bonus to cash is mandatory.
• If a bonus code or offer is used incorrectly, the associated funds may be cancelled.
• krikya11 reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

krikya11's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Cashback is a fixed percentage of the total net loss for the week — for example: a Gold member will receive a maximum of ৳100 cashback on a ৳20,000 net loss (৳20,000 × 0.5%).

krikya11 platform provides sports betting, casino games and live casino services. Each section has its own specific rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets may be placed before the event begins or in accordance with in-play rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to krikya11's policy. krikya11's decision on determining results is final.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes. Live casino games are played with real-time dealers.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet process is disrupted due to a technical issue, krikya11 will investigate and take an appropriate decision. Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be considered invalid.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts may be set for each game and event. krikya11 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The activities described below are strictly prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using any automated software, bots or hacking tools.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match-fixing or any kind of fraudulent activity.
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable laws.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the krikya11 platform are the intellectual property of krikya11. Users may not copy, distribute or modify these materials for any commercial purpose.

Game content on the platform is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is subject to their licence terms.

krikya11 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or poor decisions.
• Any issues caused by third-party activities or services.
• Loss in games or bets due to disruption of the user's internet connection.
• Financial loss due to unexpected technical issues or service interruptions.

krikya11's liability is limited to a maximum amount equal to the funds held in the user's account.

krikya11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of participation in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements (age or residency).

The user may contact krikya11 directly to raise an objection regarding an account closure decision. In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, users may also voluntarily request to limit or close their own account.

These Terms are drawn up in the Bengali language. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the Bengali language version shall be considered authoritative.
